The Collisions 1D applet simulates elastic and inelastic one-dimensional collisions in both the lab and centre of mass frames.

These lessons will introduce you to one-dimensional collisions, conservation of momentum, conservation of kinetic energy and elasticity. The applet should be open and you should use it as a resource for the following lessons.
